Eurotech fzc Export Compliance Policy

As an exporter, eurotech fzc must comply with US & European Union export laws. As we distribute products from US & EU suppliers. We must also comply with export and re-export laws of the United States in respect of US origin products. As a distributor or end user of our products, you must also comply with such laws and do not ship or export restricted countries, companies or individuals and that would violate the above laws.

Eurotech fzc reserve the rights to cancel any shipment / order / quotation / inquiry for export restricted items at any time without any prior notice in order to obey the export control law. You further agree to indemnify eurotech fzc against any claim made against it or any loss or damage suffered by it or a third party as a consequence of falling to comply with the above laws.

By signing our proforma invoice you confirm that you understand the above requirement and you will not export goods in contravention of your agreement with eurotech fzc or in contravention of European Union or US export or re-export laws.

End User information is required by eurotech fzc, so that we ensure that we comply with EU & US Export Laws. All the information provided is confidential and requested from all International and Domestic customers prior to export. Providing complete and accurate information will help us to trade professionally.
